The main goal of the new manager is to turn US Real Estate into the largest commercial real estate developer in Estonia.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cAs always, we have big plans. The USRE 2035 plan envisages an increase in the value of the real estate portfolio from 350 million to 1 billion euros. Obviously, this requires attracting different investors and, as a result, a new management model \u2013 in which Gert has extensive experience,\u201d said the chairman of the council of US Invest&nbsp;<strong>Urmas S\u00f5\u00f5rumaa<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cI came here with plans to increase US Real Estate\u2019s commercial real estate portfolio to the largest in Estonia. After 15 years of experience in the development of \u00dclemiste City, for me this is a logical and at the same time challenging continuation of work in the real estate sector. If we implement all the ideas, USRE\u2019s real estate portfolio will soon be worth over 1 billion euros,\u201d said&nbsp;<strong>Gert Jostov<\/strong>. \u201cWe will initially focus on the launch of the Golden Gate office building, which will be completed in the spring of 2025.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The position of chairman of the board of US Real Estate will be transferred to Jostov by&nbsp;<strong>Martin Kolga<\/strong>, who has worked in the company for five years and now wishes to devote time to himself and his family: \u201cI am grateful that I had the opportunity to lead a company with such a talented team and excellent projects. I wish Gert every success! He is a very experienced property manager, so I can pass the baton to him with peace of mind.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cI would like to thank Martin for these five years, and I really hope that after he has rested, we will be able to combine his and Gert\u2019s experience to achieve our ambitious goals,\u201d added Urmas&nbsp;S\u00f5\u00f5rumaa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>US Real Estate is a company owned by Urmas S\u00f5\u00f5rumaa, which has a portfolio of more than 130,000 m2 of rented commercial space and more than 200,000 m2 of space under development. The company owns commercial, educational and sports real estate, and develops comprehensive business and residential environments, including the Rotermann Quarter, Golden Gate, Talsinki, Patarei Sea Fortress and Park Tondi.
