The exterior facade, inspired by the Art Deco style, will be golden and elegant. The building will have a total surface area of 12,000 square metres, with a floor area of around 2,100 square metres. The ground floor will be retail and restaurants with outdoor terraces, the upper floors offices. There will be a 100-space car park on the ground floor and a green roof terrace on the roof.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The architectural solution for the Golden Gate is a collaboration between architects Raivo Puusepa and Illimar Truverk, led by Arhitekt11.
