In March, US Real Estate will start the construction of the next phase of the Park Tondi quarter in cooperation with the construction company Bildgren.In spring 2025, two new energy class A apartment buildings with only 48 homes will be completed next to the tennis courts. One of the shareholders in the development project is Ott Tänak, who has previously invested in Urmas Sõõrumaa’s companies.
“I joined the project because it is the right size and the right timeframe for me. Urmas and I have done things together before, he has the vision and I support him. The Park Tondi Residences also have an important trump card in my eyes: they are sporty, but at the same time quiet and comfortable,” said Ott Tänak.
Similar to the development of office buildings, US Real Estate is committed to building class A homes in the Kristiine area. The 2-4 bedroom apartments at Park Tondi Residences will all feature either a balcony or terrace, smart home solutions, luxurious interior finishes, high ceilings, underground parking and balconies and roof terraces. Two of the houses are surrounded by a fenced green courtyard, where the little ones can spend the whole day safely, as cars are parked underground and the whole courtyard is like one big playground.
“The location of Park Tondi is ideal for sports-loving families, as both Audentes and the Forus Sports Centre are in the neighbourhood. Happy children will be able to live here, as their school and recreational activities are just a few minutes away,” says Urmas Sõõrumaa, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of U.S. Invest. “Booking for the residences has just started and as always – there is a bigger and better choice for the quickest.”
The exterior and interior design of the Park Tondi Residences has been created by Arhitekt11. Each apartment has been thought out down to the last detail, and future residents will have the choice of four different interior design packages to create a home to their taste.
The development’s construction partner is Bildgren, a long-established apartment builder whose team has previously created Kiikri Residences, Vikimõisa residential complex and several other apartment buildings. The construction of Park Tondi Residences will be financed by LHV Bank.
