He aims to optimise the potential on any property.
With insight into the entire real estate development process, Uko is able to see the big picture and, whitin the big picture, the individual elements to highlight and value.

Raido is an integral part of our team. He provides conceptual and technical inputs to the construction and ensures that each of our constructions has a strong foundation and a beautiful finish.

If something we purchase, the investments team is preparing the business plan, running the negotiations and coordinating due diligence. If something we sell, the investments team is again in charge.

Julia has many gifts. As a proper investments specialist, she is good in financial mathematics. But besides that, she is also certified real estate appraiser.

Kristofer monitors the performance of existing projects and updates their business plans accordingly. When we acquire something, Kristofer conducts a thorough pre-analysis of the investment and prepares a business plan based on it.

During his short time in real estate, Kristofer has demonstrated exceptional diligence and learning ability. Real estate consulting, analysis, and investment advisory are not unfamiliar to him.

Kristofer is characterized by curiosity, resourcefulness, and attention to detail.

Whether it’s a lease, sale, design, construction, service contract or any other agreement, Üllar can do it. Under his guidance, legal issues will be resolved appropriately and fairly.

Üllar has in-depth legal knowledge and experience in real estate and construction. He has provided legal services both as a self-employed legal service provider (working as a lawyer for over 10 years) and as in-house counsel. Üllar also has a long experience in civil and other dispute resolution.

Kadri deals with all USRE projects on a day-to-day basis, coordinating day-to-day property management issues. Participating in the purchase and sale of properties and the hand-over and take-over of properties on completion of development projects. Ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation and management of buildings on completion.
Detailed, specific and focused. Kadri is very critical of her work and believes that you can always do better. She is a person who doesn’t like a long talk, but an attitude – let’s get down to business!

Mari is full of energy, always positive and very resourceful. She takes care of all Rotermann & Forum tenants – contracts, access cards, repairs and everything you can imagine.
When another busy working day is ahead, full of tasks that need to be solved. Then you can be sure that Mari will ensure that everything will be solved by the end of the working day.

Rene’s main mission is to ensure the usability, efficent and effective management of buildings. As well as the satisfaction of the owner and the users of the building.
Rene knows what he is doing – he has been working in this field for 10 years.

Aire is a professional in the field of property maintenance. She is currently responsible for the daily management of maintenance and client relationships for several USRE properties. Her thoroughness, diligence and constructive mindset make a strong contribution to shaping and maintaining valuable real estate environments.

Priit has been with us and Urmas Sõõrumaa forever. Longer than everyone else. The man with a number of qualities. A board member if needed. A construction project manager if quick action is needed. A diplomat, if issues have to be settled.

Having worked in the construction sector for the last 5 years, Grete can confidently say that “there are no problems – there are solutions”.
She is simply asking the right people. Grete has an incredible curiosity and a hunger for everything new and different.

She is a people’s person. It is very important that she’s surrounded by open and inspiring colleagues. Colleagues with whom she can do anything that creates a wow-effect carring the “How did they come up with that?” idea. And USRE family has it!

Anneli is probably our Chief Corporate Memory Manager. She has been with us for ages and orcestrates how to keep the books of our companies. Anneli has also set our corporate dog policy – West Highland White Terrier is the must if one goes for dogs.

Julius and his team lead Rotermann and are also working on our other gems in the city center. He believes in long-term partnerships and values honesty and teamwork. Julius’ goal is to provide the best customer experience in the best urban space. Real estate and environmental development are very close to Julius’s heart. He knows that as the developer and owner of the building, it is important to consider the end user and bring more innovation and sustainable solutions into everyday life.

Having had a successful senior management career in the largest property management company in the Baltics, where he was responsible for a €200 million worth client porfolio –
Ülari’s aim is to rethink modern and sustainable real estate.
He wants to offer clients a property that is personal, aesthetic, practical, bold and sustainable.

Great mix of creative mind and go-getting determination. A plethora of projects running in parallel, exactly the way Triin likes it.

Before joining US Real Estate Triin had gathered extensive experience in the fields of international fashion retail, wholesale, trade marketing, brand development and in the creative agency side too – on top of real estate development and marketing.

Karoliina has many years of experience in the real estate, both in the public and private sectors. She is truly a people’s person. In customer relationships, she values politeness and professionalism. In her daily work, Karoliina is accurate and thorough. She believes that the proverb “every pot finds its lid” holds true – there is an interested party for every property.

Coming from background of architecture and construction management Laur has previous experience in public and private sector.
Right now Laur has focused on the development of the multifunctional complex Patarei Sea Fortress. With the support of USRE internal team and external partners he believes that impossible is nothing. Always generating new ideas and seeking for ways of establishing new connections Laur sees the future full of opportunities.

Omar has extensive experience in project management, he is results-oriented and very thorough. A helpful team member with over 25 years of experience in both residential and commercial real estate development and construction, from design to turnkey solutions.

For Tarvo, property development is an expression of his creative side. He is particularly drawn to the practicality of this field and the tangible, visible results it produces. Twenty-five years in entrepreneurship has honed his practical mindset and results-oriented approach in every endeavor. As a result, he can easily filter out unnecessary noise and see the entire development process, noticing important details along the way.

We often develop properties with some heritage connection. Combining old and new to seek good balance and elegant outcome. Artur is a central figure in all that.

Graduate of Estonian Arts Academy as heritage protection specialist. Work record with heritage authorities. A lot of private projects as consultant, inspector and author.

Often the planning of a new development starts at the very beginning, where new buildings, roads and infrastructure need to be designed on an empty plot. Jaanus has more than 20 years of experience in how best to put the ideas and thoughts of a creative team on paper.

It also requires active communication with the municipality and staying abreast of laws and restrictions that often make it difficult to implement plans or, on the contrary, encourage the development team to come up with creative solutions that enrich the urban landscape for all of us.

Our development projects require proper accounting. Siiri is a long-standing member of the team and always keeps a keen eye on the numbers.
