On Tuesday, May 21, US Real Estate laid the cornerstone for the Park Tondi Residences. The 48 apartments with unique architecture rising next to the historic Tondi barracks will be completed by spring 2025.
Similar to their office building developments, US Real Estate aims to establish A-class homes in the Kristiine area. All 2-4 room apartments at Park Tondi Residences feature either a balcony or terrace, smart home solutions, luxurious interior finishes, high ceilings, and underground parking. The two buildings are surrounded by a fenced green courtyard where children can safely spend the entire day since cars are parked underground, making the entire courtyard a large playground.
“Living here means you don’t have to depend on public transportation – within minutes you can reach work, school, shops, and numerous activity centers. All families who have expressed a desire to create their home here are making a very good decision. Instead of sitting in traffic for hours, they can offer their children a pleasant childhood by setting the alarm clock just 10 minutes before school starts, and the child will still be on time,” said Urmas Sõõrumaa, Chairman of the US Invest Council.
Urmas Sõõrumaa has been developing the Tondi area through various companies since 1997, resulting in the establishment of Tammsaare Road 25, Audentes Private and Sports School, and FORUS Sports Center Tondi Tennis and Fitness Center. In 2023, the Tammsaare 56 and Sõjakooli 6 office buildings were added to the quarter, and in the spring of 2025, 48 premium-class homes, known as Park Tondi Residences, will be completed.
The exterior and interior architectural solutions for Park Tondi Residences were created by Arhitekt11.
“From the very beginning, there was one clear goal – to create very special and most outstanding buildings in this area, experiential homes. These dignified residences that blend into the modest environment are like pearls in the Park Tondi quarter with their form, materials, and details,” said Illimar Truverk, partner at Arhitekt11.
The development’s construction partner is Bildgren, a team with long-standing experience that has previously created Kiikri Residences, the Vikimõisa residential area, and several other apartment buildings.
