Yesterday, on August 28th, US Real Estate and Bildgren Ehitus held a topping-out ceremony at Park Tondi Residences to celebrate the completion of the residential buildings’ height, which are being built between the Tondi tennis courts and historic barracks. A total of only 48 homes are being developed, which will be ready for moving in by spring.
The chairman of the US Invest Council, Urmas Sõõrumaa, thanked all the companies involved in the project in his opening speech and added that celebrating the topping-out ceremony gives even more strength and motivation to complete the project. “We started in March this year, and in just under half a year, the residential buildings have reached their full height — this is an incredible speed. Now we are so far along with the construction that all interested parties can come and view the apartments right away,” he said.
Sõõrumaa added that US Real Estate aims to further develop the 15-minute city concept by building new A-class homes in the Kristiine area, in addition to a sports center, school, and office buildings. “One of the greatest values of the soon-to-be-completed homes lies in their good accessibility and independence from public transport — within just a few minutes, you can reach work, school, the store, and at least dozens of hobby groups. Instead of sitting in traffic, parents can offer their children a pleasant childhood, setting the alarm clock just 10 minutes before class starts, and the child still arrives at school on time. At Park Tondi Residences, parents can be confident that it is a safe place to support their child’s independence,” said Sõõrumaa.
All the 2-4 room apartments in Park Tondi Residences have either a balcony or a terrace, smart home solutions, luxurious interior finishes, and high ceilings. Emphasis has also been placed on greenery — the two buildings are surrounded by a fenced green courtyard where children can safely spend time, as cars are parked underground and the entire yard is like a large playground.
The construction partner for the Park Tondi Residences development is Bildgren Ehitus, a company with long-standing experience, whose team has previously created the Kiikri Residences and several other apartment buildings.
Urmas Kaasik, a member of the management board of Bildgren Ehitus, said that the success of the project is determined, on the one hand, by the quality of construction, but also by the fact that the client’s wishes for the development are clear and have been communicated to the builder. “Our cooperation with US Real Estate has been successful — we have stayed on schedule and are eagerly awaiting the completion of Park Tondi Residences,” he said.

Over the years, Tammsaare Road 25, the Audentes private and sports school, and the FORUS Sports Center Tondi tennis and fitness center have been established.
