New modern and unique quarter in Tallinn. Park Tondi will form a coherent whole with the already existing Forus Tondi Sports Centre. The new part of the quarter consists of a total of six buildings, three of which are historically barracks buildings. First stage of Park Tondi Quarter is Tammsaare 56 office building for the new era. The 7-storey building for the new era comprises a 6500m2 of rentable area. In the next stages are two residential and three office/retail buildings.
